We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

- Breakfast hours are between 08:00 and 11:00. Earlier breakfasts are available with at least 24 hours' notice and confirmation of availability.
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 (later check-ins are available with 24 hours' prior notice). However, bag drops are available from 08:00 on the day of check-in.
- Please note that we are child-friendly; however, we are not equipped with cots, covers, high chairs, or baby baths.
