This is a unique studio apartment in a brand new development in sought after Sea Point! This unit has it's own washing machine, fast wifi, smart TV for Netflix and all the essentials you would expect from a home away from your actual home! This is perfect for the working traveller as it is secure, has access control and speedy wifi and the added benefit of terrific communal spaces!

Other things to note
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.

ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process.

We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this is unfortunately controlled by the local municipalities. We encourage guests to download an app (Eskom Se Push) or do research in advance of their stay to plan in advance and avoid disappointment.

Please be aware of ongoing construction around the apartment building. Unfortunately, we don't have a completion date yet. We want to inform our guests in advance about potential disturbances during your stay. According to City of Cape Town guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay.

We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. This is a shared residential building, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas.
Respect the Neighbours: We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. This is a residential community, and we value the comfort of everyone living here.
No Parties or Events: Our space is designed for relaxation, and parties or events are not allowed.
Rule Violations: Any violation of these rules will result in additional fees, which will be charged to your account.
Check-in: is strictly within the check-in hours of 3pm and 7pm
