Respect the Neighbours: This is a residential property. Please respect our neighbours and avoid creating disturbances. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed. Violations may result in eviction without a refund. Rule Violations: Breaking house rules may incur additional fees. Severe breaches can lead to eviction without a refund. Security System: The property uses electronic systems for security and access. Loadshedding: Be aware that loadshedding (rolling blackouts) may occur due to a nationwide electricity challenge. ID Requirement: A valid ID may be required once your booking is confirmed. Noise Policy: Noise pollution is strictly prohibited. Please adhere to quiet hours. Total Occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the quoted amount unless agreed upon in advance. Trash Disposal: All trash and perishables must be disposed of before departure.
